The pandemic experience of thousands of Scottish workers has been documented in a new publication by the Scottish Covid-19 Inquiry, which reveals stark differences in how workers say they were treated and protected.
Voices from Businesses and Individuals draws on the experience of more than 12,500 people – including thousands of employees, key workers and those made redundant during the pandemic.
