A video showing a reported clash involving personnel from different Pakistani security units including special forces has emerged from Upper South Waziristan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with a dispute over a water tanker said to have triggered the confrontation. The Pakistan Army has not issued an official statement on the reported incident.
According to the video, the incident took place near the government headquarters of the Asman Manza Brigade in the Asman Manja area. Personnel from the Special Services Group (SSG), Frontier Corps and intelligence agencies were reportedly involved in the dispute.
The confrontation is said to have begun after an argument over access to water escalated into a physical fight involving uniformed soldiers and intelligence officials in plain clothes.
