Paisley woman dies in Benidorm accident hours arriving for holiday with friends

A Paisley woman has died in a tragic accident just hours after arriving for a holiday in Benidorm.

Marie Riley, nee Maitland, passed away after an incident in the popular seaside resort on Monday, March 7.

Heartbroken wife Lynne announced the news to friends and family on social media the next day, prompting an outpouring of grief from friends and family, the Daily Record reports.
