People living in the Paisley area who have been selected for the Census Coverage Survey are being called on do their bit.
If you live in Paisley and have been selected to take part in the CSS it is really important that you do so.
The information collected is used, along with census data, to help provide the most accurate estimate of Scotland’s population possible.
A wide range of public and charitable bodies including schools and healthcare use this information to plan and deliver the services we all use and rely on so your input is vital.

Pete Whitehouse, National Records of Scotland, Director of Statistical Services, said: “Our interviewers are visiting selected households in Paisley to complete the Census Coverage Survey on your doorstep.
"It only takes ten minutes of your time, or if you are busy when they call you can ask for a paper form and fill it in yourself.
“It is important that if you have been left with a copy of a paper form that you please complete this and return it to us as soon as possible in the pre-paid envelope supplied.
“If you need help with filling it in or want to complete the questionnaire over the phone please call our Freephone number on 0800 033 4010 and our trained staff can support you.”
CCS staff all carry ID but you can check their identity with a free telephone call to our helpline on 0800 033 4010.
They will never ask people for financial information like their bank account details and will not ask for money.
