Paddy McGuinness has clapped back at speculation that he went under the knife for cosmetic surgery over Christmas in the best way.
After the Top Gear host, 49, took a trip to Turkey over the Christmas period, rumours became rife that Paddy had flown to Istanbul to undergo some cosmetic surgery - claims which he has now called 'unfounded'.
Hitting back at the rumours, Paddy decided to take matters into his own hands once and for all as he took to Instagram to sarcastically deny having had any work done with a heavily-filtered video.
In the video, Paddy insisted that he hadn't had any work done, but he brilliantly edited it with a filter which completely altered his natural appearance.
The TV presenter looked worlds away from his normal look as the filter gave him luscious brunette locks, an impossibly chiseled jaw, and altered all of his natural facial features.
Paddy also addressed a number of fake social media accounts which are posing as him, joking that 'unless it's this guy, it's not the real deal', in a hilarious reference to his new and improved filtered appearance.
Appearing on camera, not looking like his usual self, Paddy said: "Hello there, I've come on here today to address the unfounded rumours that I've had a bit of work done over Christmas.
"Yes, I've been to Turkey for a long weekend, but there's absolutely no truth in that I've had a bit of work done. This is just a tan and I've had a couple of cans of that Prime.
"Also there's a lot of fake accounts going round of mine, unless it's this guy, it's not the real deal, happy 2023."
Paddy captioned the hilarious post: "Ignore the fake accounts. Unless it's this guy, it's not real."
The Top Gear presenters hilarious post comes after he opened up about the 'highs and lows' of his 2022 after splitting from wife Christine after 11 years of marriage.
Alongside a video of all of his 2022 memories, Paddy penned: "I've had a year of ups and downs but I'm still above ground. I hope 2023 brings us all a bit of happiness and we get through it in good health. #2023 #happynewyear."
Christine and Paddy publicly announced their split in July.
