Jackson is coming off the back of a successful season with London Irish. He played 23 games for the Exiles and finished as the Gallagher Premiership's top scorer, with 205 points in 20 appearances.
He played a pivotal role in helping London Irish finish fifth in the standings, the club's highest finish in 14 years.
Jackson has previously played for Perpignan back in 2018/19 before joining London Irish, and could now be set for a return to France.
A number of players have already left London Irish after the club were suspended from the Premiership on June 6 and subsequently went into administration.
