Paddington commuters hit by more transport misery after chaos on Queen’s funeral day

Passengers were for second day hit by delays and cancellations at Paddington station with a number trains to Heathrow scrapped and other services delayed in the evening rush hour.

Services will also end early, with the last trains leaving before 10pm to allow extra time for overhead lines to be repaired overnight.
