The second episode of Outlander season seven dropped on Friday and it was so full of emotion that some fans said they'll be "needing therapy" to get over it.
Entitled 'The Happiest Place on Earth', the episode was certainly jam packed with drama that left viewers on the edge of their seats.
Early in the episode, Allan Christie admits to killing his sister after being jealous of her relationship with other men and young Ian kills him and buries his body in the forrest.
Roger and Bree were told by Claire that baby Mandy had a heart defect which would need to be treated and it wasn't something that she could do without the resources from modern times.
The family made the decision to head back through the stones in a bid to save Mandy's life.
Elsewhere, Claire returns home to discover Wendigo Donner holding matches in Claire's surgery and he demands she gives him gemstones so he can return to his own time.
