Sam Heughan urged students to ‘dream big’ as he received an honorary doctorate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) today.

The Outlander star returned to his roots to join the Class of 2022 at their summer graduation in Glasgow.

The 42-year-old graduated from the BA Acting programme back in 2003 and is now best known for playing Jamie Fraser in the Scottish set show.
