Amanda Owen was inundated with support after she shared the predicament her teenage son Reuben had found himself in.
The 47-year-old Yorkshire Shepherdess, who has been the breakout star of Channel 5's docuseries Our Yorkshire Farm, posted a snap on Instagram of the problem that her son faced and was sent plenty of well-wishes from her fans, despite it being Reuben who probably needed the messages of good luck.
Amanda said that he was on a "rescue mission" but had found that he needed a little help of his own.
The teenager had gone to tow a tractor which was stuck in the mud to a depth of more than half the height of its enormous wheels.
Unfortunately, he tried to drag it out of the mire with a Land Rover and ended up plunging that into the mud as well, meaning there were now two stricken vehicles.
Reuben sough the help of his mum and video called her, with Amanda feeling amused at the problem he was facing.
She shared the failed mission with her fans on Instagram with a series of photos, which showed that there would be no budging the vehicles.
Fortunately, Amanda had a plan which meant turning back the clock to when horses did the pulling in muddy fields.
Captioning the pics, the mum-of-nine wrote: "Horsepower of a different type required. A long walk & a late night for @reubenowen74 after a Land Rover tow fail.
"A rescue mission gone wrong & now Mummy & brother Miles calling from bogged."
She soon received plenty of support with one commenting: "Oh heck! I saw them walking along the A686 into Langwathby on my way home from work.
"I wondered what had happened. Hope they’re getting sorted."
Another wrote: "Oh dear. Hope you soon get sorted although goodness knows how you get both out of that bog."
A third commented: "Oh no, that's a serious kinda stuck! Hope it's sorted soon."
It comes after Amanda confirmed last month that she had separated from her husband Clive after 22 years of marriage.
They said that the happiness and wellbeing of their children is their "number one priority" and that they would continue to work together at Ravenseat Farm.
