Our Yorkshire Farm's Amanda Owen dons crop-top and sips beer as she makes TV return on ITV This Morning after split

Amanda Owen was back on our TV screens today for the first time after she split from her husband. The Our Yorkshire Farm star appeared on This Morning on Thursday (July 14) live from the Great Yorkshire Show.

She reported live throughout the ITV daytime show from the four-day agricultural event in Harrogate while hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary listened in from the programme's London-based studio.

Amanda, a Shepherdess, donned a floral crop-top for the occasion, opting to pair it with a matching skirt for her appearance on This Morning. The mother-of-nine also added a cream leather jacket to her look.

She styled her trademark brunette tresses down in loose waves and accessorised her outfit with some gold jewellery. The Channel 5 star was seen chatting to former The One Show host Matt Baker about his time at the show from over the years before she remarked: "Can you remember what it was like for me coming here with the kids?"

She then added to Matt: "I remember losing a child here at the Great Yorkshire Show! It’s very, very stressful." But it was soon time for them to explore the food and drink vendors on display at the event and before their chat came to an end, Amanda and Matt were handed a pint of beer from a local brewery to try.

"It’s not just animals we’ve got on offer," Amanda commented as two pints were handed over. "I mean, some people might say it’s a bit early for this,” Amanda joked as she grabbed the beer. “But being farmers, we’ve been up since the crack of dawn!"

"It’s 10 o’clock, it’s past lunch time," Matt joked as Amanda continued: "This is specially brewed, you know. You can only get it at the Yorkshire Show," she added while Matt held up his pint and said: "Dermot, Alison, all the best to you! Cheers!"

Then, as the pair took a sip of the beverage, Matt couldn’t help but joke after catching Amanda suffering a stumble over the grassy ground underneath her. "Is that the first one of the day for you?" Matt said with a chuckle while Amanda giggled and continued to sip her beer.

It's the first time Amanda has been seen on live TV since she left fans saddened with the news of her split from husband Clive. The couple, who were married for 22 years, rose to fame through the Channel 5 show which follows their life on Ravenseat Farm. Despite their split, they will continue to work together on the farm and co-parent their nine children - aged from 21 to five years old.

The news came after they released a statement last year admitting they were experiencing a “rocky patch” in their marriage and asked for privacy. They said in a joint statement posted on Amanda's Instagram account, where she posts as Yorkshire Shepherdess, on June 9: "Clive and I are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate. This hasn’t been easy, but we both believe it’s the right choice for the future of our family.

"Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together, with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children. We would like to thank everyone for their support and would ask that the media please respect our privacy as we work through this difficult time."

As for their work with Channel 5, the network issued a statement which read: "We respect the privacy of Amanda and Clive Owen at this time. They are very much a part of the Channel 5 family and we will continue to work with them in the future."
