I am busy today looking over some of the amazing stories we have coming up for the weekend ahead.
We will have everything from nostalgia to politics and everything in between. Every week I am so proud of the stories our reporters bring in and the experiences people have shared with us. I can't wait for you to read them.

Councillor quits after ECHO investigation
Cllr Ann O'Byrne, a former deputy mayor of the city, has announced that she will step down as a councillor, having first been elected in 2007. It comes after our political editor Liam Thorp's 16-month investigation into cancelled parking fines.
It revealed how Cllr O'Byrne had 17 parking fines rescinded by officers without going through the proper processes. Read her full statement here.
The 'Beast from the East' is coming...
We never get snow, but as temperatures drop and conditions take a turn, it is not unheard of to have snow on Merseyside at the end of February and even into early March. Read our full story about the pending cold snap here.
