Our House's Tuppence Middleton teases dramatic climax to ITV thriller with post that concerns fans

Tuppence Middleton had fans expressing their concern for key characters in Our House after she posted a rather telling post about the final episode, when she told viewers to 'get the popcorn ready.'

Tuppence plays the role of Fi, the woman whose world is thrown into disarray when she comes home earlier than expected one day to find strangers moving into her family's dream home.

Despite pleading with them that there must be some mistake, they stay strong on the fact that the purchase was all above aboard.

Meanwhile, she tries and fails to get in touch with estranged husband Bram, played by Martin Compston, who she separated from after finding him cheating on her with a neighbour.

Our House has been adapted for ITV from the award-winning Louise Candlish and, as the episodes have gone on this week, viewers have been drawn into Bram's lies as he is blackmailed over his involvement in a fatal road collision.

*SPOILER ALERT* The hush money for the police not to find out initially starts at £5,000 before Mike, the head of the blackmailing operation, calmly told Bram he wanted his house.

By this point, viewers knew Mike as Fi's new love interest Toby as Mike went to extreme lengths to keep Fi occupied and Bram desperate to sell.

The end of episode three saw it dawn on Fi that Toby/Mike was not her knight in shining armour, when he dropped into conversation that Bram had cheated on her twice, something she'd never revealed to him.

That conclusion set things up nicely for Thursday's fourth and final episode.

And Tuppence got viewers even more hyped up for the finale, when, with just hours to go, she posted: " #OurHouse finale tonight on @ITV (or catch it all on @itvhub ) Popcorn at the ready…!"

Replying underneath, one of her followers wrote: "It’s been brilliant! Looking forward to tonight - but a bit worried for the characters!"

Another told the actress: "Absolutely loving it - very excited - and a little worried for you all - about tonight," with another fan directly responding: "It’s been so so good & yes I to am a bit concerned."
