The Jacksonville Jaguars are looking for a fifth straight win this weekend when they travel to play in Pittsburgh for the first time since a January 2018 playoff win.
Standing in their way is a 4-2 Pittsburgh Steelers team that has won four games decided by a touchdown or less and was blown out in 23- and 24-point losses.
Unlike usual iterations of the Steelers, this version has struggled to run the ball (29th in yards per carry) and stop the run (27th in yards allowed per carry). While Travis Etienne Jr. enters with a run of three straight two-touchdown games, the Jaguars haven’t been stellar at bulldozing running room.

Tank Bigsby to score anytime TD
The Jaguars still don’t quite trust Bigsby in pass protection, but there’s also a growing urgency to get the rookie involved as Etienne’s touches are ballooning. Expect Bigsby, who already has two 1-yard touchdowns, to get a few chances if the Jaguars get close to the goal line.
Travis Etienne Jr. over 59.5 rushing yards
The Steelers have allowed at least 125 rushing yards in five of their six games this season. Etienne leads the NFL in rushing attempts. Even if the Jaguars dial back his usage, a 60-yard game is more than manageable for Etienne.

In a scenario where the Jaguars grind away and find success against one of the NFL’s rush defenses to the tune of at least two touchdowns on the ground, it’s hard to imagine the Steelers keeping up. If Etienne and Bigsby run wild, Jacksonville should cover the tiny spread.
