The night before Carole, Louise and Hannah Hunt were brutally murdered in their own home, their killer listened to an Andrew Tate podcast to hype himself up. The “violent misogyny promoted” by the influencer “fuelled” Kyle Clifford, the prosecution argued.
It was only a matter of time before the sexist hate spewed by Tate, a self described misogynist tipped over into inspiring someone to commit an act of misogynistic extremism. It was a multi-hour campaign of terror, waged on a family of women, because Louise had sensibly romantically rejected him for his racist views and controlling behaviour. Louise was restrained and raped before she was killed, in a “violent, sexual act of spite”.
