A third of the hospitality professionals in Britain say they have been subjected to “discriminatory behaviour” in the workplace, according to a survey by a leading not-for-profit organisation in the sector.
Be Inclusive Hospitality this week published its Inside Hospitality Report 2023, and also found that of those who said they’d witnessed discrimination at work, both Black and Asian respondents cited racial bias as the reason (62 per cent).
