One of the nation’s largest bagel chains is set to open 300 more stores by 2030

Einstein Bros. Bagels plans to open 300 new stores by 2030, the nation’s largest retail bagel chain, announced Thursday.

The Lakewood, Colorado-based chain, which currently operates about 700 cafes nationwide and is owned by Panera Bread, hopes to reach its 1,000-location milestone by the end of the decade.
