On Day 1, Lucknow University VC Care Fund gets about Rs 4 lakh

LUCKNOW: Lucknow University has launched the Vice-Chancellor Care Fund, an initiative to provide support to LU students who are in urgent need of financial help, on Saturday.

On the first day, as many as 30 people, including LU teachers, former students and heads of several institutions, donated Rs 3.85 lakhs under the VC Care Fund to extend financial help to needy students.
