Omaze launches its biggest draw ever with £5m Victoria Park house backed by David Beckham

A luxury London property worth over £5million is up for grabs in a prize draw set to raise at least £1milllion for London’s Air Ambulance Charity.

The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw - which is being backed by charity supporter David Beckham - will receive the keys to a four-bedroom house in Victoria Park Village, Hackney.

The stunning home features a gym, games area and spa facilities, including a jacuzzi and sauna. It is the most valuable property ever offered in a UK prize draw.

The 4,700 sq ft house has been refurbished to an exceptional standard, combining modern architectural design with historical character.

The property is mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The lucky winner will also receive £250,000 to help them settle and can choose to live in, rent or sell the house.

Local estate agents estimate that renting the property could bring in around £12,000 per month.

The house boasts a breathtaking reception area with triple-height glazing, a bespoke kitchen with Silestone tops and Miele appliances, and oak herringbone flooring with underfloor heating.

The lower ground floor includes a reception and living area, a games room, a home bar, a gym, and a spa. The feature staircase leads to two en suite bedrooms on the first floor and a main bedroom suite on the top floor.

Located in the heart of Victoria Park Village, the house is a short walk from Victoria Park and surrounded by boutique eateries, delis, and independent shops.

The area, situated in Hackney, is popular among creatives and renowned for its cool, eclectic vibe.

The draw will raise funds for London’s Air Ambulance Charity, which provides life-saving treatment at the scene of serious injuries.

The charity attended to over 2,000 patients last year and needs to raise £15million to replace its helicopters by the end of September.

Ex-England football star David Beckham, a supporter of the charity, said: “When a patient is critically injured in the capital they don’t have time to get to hospital. But London’s Air Ambulance can deliver expert medics to perform emergency surgery anywhere in the city within minutes.

“Now they need our support to reach their target to replace their two helicopters and make sure they can keep flying to save lives across London. I hope that people respond to this campaign so that everyone in our city knows that London’s Air Ambulance will be there if they need them.”

Omaze has guaranteed a minimum donation of £1million to the charity.

James Oakes, Chief International Officer at Omaze, said: “By offering this incredible property in London along with £250,000 in cash, Omaze is giving people the chance to win a life-changing prize... We’re immensely proud that the Omaze community has already raised over £43 million for good causes across the UK.”

Draw entries for the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, London, are available now at omaze.co.uk. The draw closes on Sunday, July 28 for online entries and Tuesday, July 30 for postal entries.
