Olly Murs has credited his bodybuilder girlfriend with helping him achieve his impressive physique.
The former X Factor star, 37, showed off his six-pack on Monday, as he paid tribute to his girlfriend Amelia Tank on Valentine's Day.
Showing two incredible before and after snaps on Instagram, Olly gushed that his "life would really suck" without his fitness-loving partner.
In the first image, the star can be seen sporting a larger stomach than he does currently, as he lifted his top up next to a super-toned Amelia during one of their first gym sessions together.
The second snap, from a professional photoshoot, showed him posing shirtless alongside his girlfriend once again, but this time showing off his new ripped, muscular body.
"How it started vs How it’s going," Olly captioned the images to his 3.7million followers on Monday.
"Happy Valentine’s Day darlin X thanks for taking that Uber to the gym that morning, my life would really suck without ya x."
"Are those pictures in the right order," comedian John Bishop voted with the star in the comments, with Vicky Pattison slightly more complimentary with her feedback, writing: "Oh my god you two [love-heart emojis]."
Olly - who met Amelia in the gym in 2019 - has spoken in the past how his super-fit partner helps him lead a healthy lifestyle.
Amelia has won many competitions as a bodybuilder, including the Bikini Babe Tall Class at the Pure Elite competition and the Bikini Tall and Miss Model category at the Miami Pro World Championships.
Speaking to Heart Breakfast in March 2020, Olly confessed that his beau gives him that "extra little bit of encouragement" when it comes to training.
"Well she's not a personal trainer but she's done bikini competitions in the past and she does train a lot, but she is actually my personal trainer. In more ways than one," the Dear Darlin' singer explained.
"She's brilliant and she's been absolutely fantastic. She just gave me that extra little bit of encouragement and she says, 'it's not up to me to do it, you've got to be able to do it yourself. You've got to get up to do it every day.'
"So I was like, 'okay I will.' So she did this little nutritional plan for me and I just went out and did it and I loved it. And I still love it now."
Olly adopted a new lifestyle shortly after meeting Amelia, following an eight-week challenge and showing off his first transformation in February 2020.
"Ain't bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a butler in the buff is coming true the pic on the left was 2nd January," Olly told his social media followers at the time.
"I was like 'f**k me I look massive' weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments and I'm actually buzzing now I'm off to get a McDonald's."
