Olly Murs quit drinking for a year - as he can go a bit "mad" when he's had a boozy night.

The Voice UK judge opened up about his year of fitness and health ahead of the new series of the ITV show, which kicks off on Saturday September 3. He explained how he decided to quit alcohol, and didn't even toast his recent engagement.

Olly got down on one knee and proposed to Amelia Tank during a romantic holiday, but as it was during his year-long stint of being alcohol free, he didn't even enjoy a glass of champagne. The couple met in the gym and started off as friends, before both of them soon realised they wanted more and they eventually decided to make their romance official.
