Olly Murs has been getting a roasting on social media thanks to his fashion sense.
The Dance With Me Tonight singer made an appearance on BBC One at the start of the Coronation Concert coverage, chatting with Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo and Diversity star Jordan Banjo as he prepared to perform for the King and his family.
But the former X Factor contestant's choice of outfit for the big event sparked some backlash online, with some mocking the star for wearing white vest ahead of the event kicking off.
"Why’s olly murs just wearing a vest #CoronationConcert," one BBC viewer mused on Twitter as the show began earlier this evening.
"WTF is Olly Murs wearing," another pondered, with another declaring: "You couldn't possibly have a worse start to the Coronation Concert than Olly Murs in a vest #CoronationConcert."
"I really didn’t need to see Olly Murs in his vest," yet another unimpressed viewer added.
The Coronation Concert got off to an awkward start earlier this evening, with a swathe of social media users pledging to switch off before the coverage even began.
Before Kirsty Young even invited BBC viewers to “crack open the fizz and settle down for a night to remember”, many took to Twitter to claim they wouldn’t be tuning in due to the line-up set to perform at Windsor Castle.
“Just like the Coronation, I will not be watching the concert. Apart from anything else, the line up is execrable, as you might expect. So, Take That! #CoronationConcert,” one non-viewed told their followers.
“They had to do some digging in the career graveyard for this lineup #CoronationConcert,” another added, as a third quipped: “He’s the king of england this is the best lineup he could get #CoronationConcert.”
Tonight, viewers will be treated to an elaborate and star-studded concert at Windsor Castle to celebrate the Coronation, with the likes of Katy Perry, Take That, Lionel Richie and Andrea Bocelli taking to the stage.
The Coronation Choir - a group comprised of the nation's community choirs and amateur singers from across the UK - will also make an appearance alongside The Virtual Choir, which is made up of singers from across the Commonwealth.
However, preparations for tonight's concert have not been without numerous hiccups along the way. Not least, a number of major A-Listers turning down the opportunity to perform, be it due to conflicting schedules or their republican stance.
Unfortunately, there have also been a few last minute changes to the schedule due to dropouts over the last few days.
Singer Freya Ridings has been forced to pull out due to sickness, while Zoe Ball announced just hours before the concert began this evening that she would not be taking part.
The Radio 2 DJ said that she was "absolutely gutted" to be unable to attend, saying: "The sickness bug has got me."
However, it's undeniable that all eyes will be on Dark Horse songstress Katy Perry tonight after her awkward tumble and struggle to find her seat at the Coronation went viral on Saturday.
Clad in a lavender Vivienne Westwood ensemble and flamboyant headpiece, she left fans in stitches as she looked around in confusion in Westminster Abbey.
Yet Katy effortlessly brushed off any embarrassment with a witty response on Twitter.
