Love Island viewers have been left feeling "confused" this evening (February 17) after Olivia Hawkins fumed at her ex-partner Kai Fagan. It comes after last night's episode which saw the ITV singletons return to the firepit for the Casa Amor recoupling.
Kai and Olivia were initially coupled up, but after spending time with the new Casa Amor arrivals, both islanders made the decision to recouple. Despite the pair both finding new connections, it appears Olivia is struggling to move on as she remains visibly mad at her former partner.
In tonight's episode, a positive Kai pulled Liv for a chat where he proceeded to tell her that he was happy for her. He said: "I am happy for you. Before you came in, what you don't realise is, I was smiling because you recoupled, I was happy for you."

But, it appears the feelings were not exactly reciprocated as Liv questions Kai's authenticity. She said: "I feel like everything I had with you was fake.
"I was this close to coming but single. I was torn. I was 50/50.
"So your feelings just switched that quickly, it's crazy. I don't know how you put on such an act."
Olivia finished the conversation by saying to Kai: "Yeah we had a great friendship before and we built on that but I don't need friends like you in my life, I've got enough friends thank you."
Love Island viewers have taken to Twitter to share their confusion. One Twitter user said: "Confused at how Olivia can be so mad at Kai. Hello hun you also chose to recouple."
Another wrote: "I have never been so confused. Why is Olivia crying. Does her hypocritical thoughts contribute to forgetting she also coupled up with someone else."
A third said: "Olivia has me so confused. Like she has no reason to be mad at kai. She legit forgot his name on the first night."
