Olivia Bowen has been settling into motherhood after welcoming her first child with husband Alex just five weeks ago.
Since appearing on Love Island in 2016, the married pair have continued to document their love story with fans.
And it appears their latest adventure as parents is no different.
Shortly after giving birth, Olivia, 28, took to social media to share a first glimpse of their adorable newborn son.
Revealing his sweet name, she wrote: "Abel Jacob Bowen. You are everything. 10/06/22."
But while the star has been stuck in a baby bubble with the tot, it appears the past five weeks haven't been completely easy for Olivia.
Here, we take a look at Olivia's first few weeks of being a mum - including the highs and the lows of new parent life.
Challenging birth
Last month, Olivia opened up on her difficult labour experience before welcoming the adorable tot on June 10.
The Love Island star shared some details about the child's arrival during a Q+A session with fans.
One asked 'did you have an episiotomy' - defined as an incision made in the perineum, the tissue between the vaginal opening and the anus - during childbirth.
Responding to the post, Olivia said: "After everything else, I ended up having an episiotomy with my forcep delivery in the theatre.
"It wasn't how I imagined, but we were so grateful he was just out safely. I'll go into detail soon."
She earlier replied to a person who asked how the birth was.
Olivia said: "I worry about sharing a birth story which is maybe a little daunting."
Settling into family life
Meanwhile, Olivia wasted no time in introducing her baby son to her beloved pets.
The first to meet Abel was the couple's two French bulldogs – Reggie and Winnie - who appear to be the perfect big brothers to the tot.
Elsewhere, Olivia also introduced her horse Dolly shortly after giving birth.
The star posted a snap of herself, Abel and Dolly after coming together for the first time.
"Biggest baby, meet littlest baby," she captioned the sweet photo.
Olivia and Alex have also celebrated their first Father's Day as a family of three, with the new mum paying tribute to her hubby on the special day.
The former Islander penned: "Happy 1st ever Father’s Day to my favourite man, you are everything to me & are going to be everything to our favourite boy."
Anxiety struggles
Despite the happy time, Olivia hasn't been afraid to open up about her mental health struggles.
In a previous post, she admitted to suffering from "really bad anxiety" and has felt "overwhelmed" since giving birth.
Olivia bravely told fans: "Won't lie guys I've had some hard days last week & today. Some real bad anxiety last week & just so overtired & overwhelmed today.
"I had some amazing days too though, and that's the thing - you get good ones & you get hard ones."
She continued: "I just looked back at photos and the way he has changed so much already it's scary quick!!!
"I feel like time just runs away with you & I'm so scared to miss any moment I feel like I can't take enough photos. I also feel like a hot mess haha. It's a mad journey that's for sure."
It came after Olivia also revealed her "hormones were everywhere" as she adapted to mum life.
"Today was very emotional! The hormones are EVERYWHERE. I think I've cried about 30 times, that's no exaggeration," the star previously said.
Returning to work
Olivia was quick to get back to the grind, returning just 32 days after giving birth.
The star spent the day juggling motherhood and work life on a glamorous photoshoot on Tuesday (July 12).
Documenting the milestone, she posted a video of her proudly breastfeeding her newborn son during a break from the shoot in London.
The video, which featured Beyonce's new single Break My Soul accompanying it, had the caption: "Back & I’m better. Back to work today on a fabulous shoot around London with an incredible brand & my baby AJ in tow.
"I am so tired now, like I said on my stories I was so nervous but wanted to do this for me & to kick anxieties ass!"
Olivia concluded the post by sharing a touching post to all the new parents out there.
"I feel SO accomplished; doing what I love, being unapologetically me AND being Mum at the same time. Don’t lose yourself Mamas, you deserve to be YOU too," she added.
"Couldn’t do it without my team @ab_bowen @charhilditch @annalingis."
