Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has been sounded out by Bayern Munich, but the German is expected to stay at Selhurst Park.
Bayern identified Glasner as a possible managerial target to replace Thomas Tuchel this summer.
Glasner has had an excellent impact at Palace since taking over from Roy Hodgson in February and has a good reputation in Germany after winning the Europa League with Eintracht Frankfurt in 2022.
The 49-year-old has a positive relationship with Bayern executives but is keen to build on his strong start at Palace, which continued with a 3-1 win at Wolves on Saturday.
Only Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea have amassed more points than Palace since he was appointed at Selhurst Park.
Glasner is under contract until 2026 and Palace are already making transfer plans for next season.
Michael Olise and Eberechi Eze both have interest from Premier League rivals, while impressive January signing Adam Wharton was also linked with a shock move to Bayern over the weekend.
But Glasner says Palace “will do everything” to keep their best players. He said: “I hope all the players will be here.
“I know the club will do everything to ensure they will play for Crystal Palace next season.
“I think what we can show from the sports department is that we are ambitious and they can benefit and make a big contribution to being successful.
“That is what we can offer them, the rest we will see.”
