Ole & Steen ordered to pay £34,000 over 'serious hygiene failings' after Westminster council investigation

An upmarket Danish bakery chain has been ordered to pay more than £34,000 after a council investigation found serious food hygiene failings at its flagship London store.

Ole & Steen was prosecuted by Westminster town hall, which found that the company knew there was a serious mouse infestation at its Haymarket site in St James's Market but failed to act.
