Ola and James Jordan encouraged their fans to "indulge as much as possible" on Christmas Day as they showed off their incredible weight loss.
The Strictly Come Dancing professionals had gained weight following the birth of their daughter Ella in 2020, with 40-year-old Ola previously admitting to being "disappointed" by her mum bod.
The couple said they were encouraged to lose weight after having a "wake-up call" when they shared an "unflattering" picture of themselves in swimsuits this summer.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Ola and James told fans to "eat as much as they want" over the festive period as they flaunted their slimmed down figures and teased a new announcement coming soon.
In the video, the TV stars stood in front of their twinkling Christmas tree as James cuddled their two-year-old daughter.
Ola wore a red jumper with stylish cut outs which she paired with skin tight black trousers. She also opted for a cute bow headband and black high heels.
James wore an all-black outfit including a pair of loose-fitted pants. Matching his wife, James wore a festive headband with trees on.
"Merry Christmas everyone, we hope you're having a wonderful day," Ola said.
James then said: "And our Christmas message to you is indulge in as much as possible. Don't feel guilty. Eat everything, isn't it Ella?
"Eat the Christmas pudding, eat the chocolates, have extra stuffing, have a drink - a nice Baileys, why not?"
He then teased their latest project: "Tomorrow we're going to help you sort it all out," with Ola adding: "So just watch out for our big announcement tomorrow."
The family then signed off their festive video by singing We Wish You A Merry Christmas.
James captioned the video: "Eat, drink and be merry guys! If you can’t overindulge today - when can you?!
"But don’t worry if you feel like an Xmas pudding by tonight - we’ve got some exciting news coming tomorrow."
The couple recently revealed they managed to shift the weight by exercising more, watching what they eat and controlling their portion sizes.
"We still have our treats and still eat what we want but essentially you have to look at the whole picture," Ola said in a social media video.
