It’s safe to say that Ohio State Football head coach Ryan Day is fully entrenched into the football is life mentality.
Not only is Day one of the best coaches in all of college football, but it looks like his son, RJ Day, is going to be a pretty solid player as well. The freshman quarterback at St. Francis DeSales High School in Columbus, was offered a scholarship by Boston College after playing in just one varsity game.
That’s a pretty impressive feat considering his age and inexperience at the high school level. It remains to be seen if RJ will join his father at Ohio State, but it’s looking very much like he’s going to have plenty of options when it’s all said and done.
After a great conversation with @CoachJeffHafley I am blessed to receive my first division 1 offer from Boston College! 🦅@BCFootball @on3recruits@247sports @bostoncollege @footballsfd @sfdstallions pic.twitter.com/0tf4VO4EhJ

There’s still a long way to go before Day commits anywhere you would think, but we’ll keep tabs on what’s happening with his recruitment.
