NY Coffee Prices Pressured by Demand Concerns

December arabica coffee (KCZ25) today is down -0.30 (-0.08%), and November ICE robusta coffee (RMX25) is down -89 (-2.02%).

Coffee prices are trading lower today on concerns about US consumer demand after today's weak US payroll report of +22,000 and the rise in the US unemployment rate to a 3.75-year high of 4.3%.  Coffee prices have underlying support from today's sharp sell-off in the dollar index, which supported commodity prices in general.
