NSW:Woman allegedly snatched at knife-point in DV attack

Armed men have allegedly assaulted and kidnapped a 23-year-old woman in a horrifying domestic violence-related attack.

A 35-year-old man has been arrested and charged over the incident, with police yet to arrest others believed to be involved.

Police say three men armed with knives stormed the woman's St Clair home in Western Sydney at around 4:45am on Tuesday morning.

It is alleged the men assaulted the woman before kidnapping her and leaving the scene in two stolen Holden Commodore sedans.

Following inquiries, officers sighted one of the sedans at around 8am outside an address in the nearby suburb of Granville.

Police attempted to speak to a man but he ran from police before being arrested following a short foot pursuit.
