A newlywed couple was left stranded in Cancun after a booking error through Priceline left them without a place to sleep on their last night. The couple booked a package deal that was supposed to cover both their flights and their hotel stay. The problem started when they realized their hotel checkout date did not match their flight departure date, leaving them with nowhere to go for an entire night in a foreign country.
Emma, who posts on TikTok under the handle @emmabbear, shared the experience in a video that has since gotten over 197,700 views. She explained that their checkout was scheduled for one day before their flight home, creating an unexpected gap in their travel plans. “Our checkout’s today, and our flight’s not till tomorrow,” she said. “We have nowhere to go tonight.”
