More snow is expected to fall across Nottinghamshire as a yellow weather warning remains in place. The Met Office yellow warning for heavy snow covers the county - and it is in place from 7am on Thursday through to 2pm on Friday, March 10.
Forecasters have issued the warning, advising people to expect disruption due to the weather conditions. Heavy snow has the potential to cause disruption to traffic on roads - stranding some vehicles and passengers.
Cancellations to rail and air travel are also possible, said forecasters. Some rural communities could become cut off, the Met Office advised.
