A woman from Nottingham has celebrated her 40th birthday in a record breaking way. Rebecca Brough was surprised by the 'UK's biggest doughnut' as part of her birthday celebrations.
The giant doughnut weighed 40 kilo and was filled with both raspberry jam and chocolate. It was then topped with vanilla cream, chocolate icing, chocolate fudge brownies, raspberries, golden Dairy Milk chunks and swirls of caramel cream.
The creation was made by Derby-based Project D. Derbyshire Live reports the bakery was approached to create the one-off whopper by Rebecca's husband Marc.
