Beer drinkers are delighted with the news that a Nottingham pub specialising in real ale and craft kegs is going to reopen under new management. The Crafty Crow closed during the pandemic and never started up again when lockdown restrictions were lifted. It was put up for rent last year.
However, it has been revealed that the pub, at the top of Friar Lane opposite Nottingham Castle, is set to return. Few details have been announced but already people are excited.
The first message about 'opening soon' was followed by a second post saying: "WOW! Overwhelmed by the positivity about our reopening, we’ve got new management and a new style, bringing you a mixture of quality beers, wines and spirits including some of your old favourites from Magpie Brewery, local ales from Castle Rock Brewery and cider from Sneinton Cider Company in a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for the summer evenings ahead of us. "
