Dean Henderson had to make a couple of big saves to notch a second successive clean-sheet. But Morgan Gibbs-White, Brennan Johnson and Ryan Yates all had opportunities to extend the hosts’ advantage.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was cagey when prompted to give Nottingham Forest credit for their victory at the City Ground.
Speaking after the match, Klopp bemoaned his team for their inability to take a number of clear-cut chances from set-pieces throughout the afternoon. While he did acknowledge Forest's performance, he did say he was "not sure where I should put praise on" them after the match.
Forest won 1-0 thanks to a second-half strike from Taiwo Awoniyi, with Dean Henderson performing heroics towards the end of the match to secure all three points. Klopp was more frustrated at his team's own finishing than he was impressed by the Reds.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Ryan Yates believes the Reds "can beat anyone" after victory over Liverpool.
Yates put in a starring performance in midfield as Forest won 1-0 on Saturday lunchtime thanks to a second-half strike from Taiwo Awoniyi. Speaking after the match, the belief was flowing from academy graduate Yates.
He also revealed how Steve Cooper told the players to get a home advantage at the City Ground. They did just that, with a fantastic atmosphere throughout the afternoon pushing the side on to get three points.
