Nottingham Forest supporters are pleased to see Sabri Lamouchi back in management after his appointment at Cardiff City.
Lamouchi has put pen-to-paper on a deal until the end of the season and becomes the Bluebirds' third manager of the season already following Steve Morison and Mark Hudson. The 51-year-old will be tasked keeping Cardiff in the Championship as they sit just three points and one place above the bottom three.
This will be Lamouchi's first job back in English football since his exit from Forest back in October 2020, with the Frenchman establishing himself as a fan favourite during his time with the club. He spent 10 months managing at Qatar side Al-Duhail in between his departure from Forest and arrival in South Wales.

Here is what Forest fans have been saying following confirmation Lamouchi's arrival back in English football this morning.
@clearkut87: "Sabri Lamouchi has returned to management over here. The man was at the helm of being the catalyst at the front end, to the changing of fortunes of this club. Lest we forget. I'll always love him."
@Forest_No_22: "I'm pleased for Sabri. After promotion Worrall stated how every previous manager had added a little something. Cooper aside (obvs) I think Lamouchi added the most. Took us from nowhere to third and back to seventh. Crucially - he got fans believing again. Good luck to him."
@VimFuego87: "Congratulations to Cardiff City on appointing Sabri Lamouchi as manager. A great manager and a thoroughly decent bloke."
@lloseby: "Until Sabri I was never happy... welcome back to English footy monsieur Lamouchi... all the best CCFC."
@Jay61179667: "What a guy! Hope all goes well for him there! What is love... Lamouchi."
@JoeHollman: "Buzzing for ccfc fans at the appointment of Lamouchi. Made me enjoy away days with nffc again. Also Bamba joining him as coach, fits the template of how he approached Forest with Dawson (all be it he was officially a player). Experienced pro that 'gets' the culture of the club."
