Nottingham Forest could turn their attention towards another PSG goalkeeper in Sergio Rico with a move for Keylor Navas proving to be difficult.
That is according to Le Parisien, who claim Forest have 'not ruled out' a move for Rico as they continue their hunt to add a new shot stopper to Steve Cooper's ranks. According to various reports, Forest's pursuit of Navas has hit an impasse with PSG reluctant to let the 36-year-old leave on loan before tonight's deadline.
Navas is currently playing second fiddle to Gianluigi Donnarumma in Paris but an injury to the Italian number one would mean the Costa Rica international is next in line. He has also been videoed at PSG training today and the Athletic claim a deal 'is looking increasingly less likely to materialise'.

Rico, meanwhile, is very much third choice at the Parc des Princes and is yet to play a single minute of football in any competition for the French champions this season. The 29-year-old has experience of playing in the Premier League having spent the 2018/19 campaign on loan at Fulham.
Forest are in the market for a new goalkeeper before tonight's deadline with Dean Henderson having picked up an injury in the 2-0 win over Leicester City earlier this month. There have been contrasting reports as to how long he will be out for, but Forest clearly believe it will be long enough to warrant adding a new body between the sticks.
