Nottingham Forest are interested in West Ham youngster Emmanuel Longelo.
The academy left-back made his full first-team debut in the Europa League earlier this season, impressing across 90 minutes in the final group stage game against Dinamo Zagreb.
Chances have been limited since then, however, and there is interest in the 21-year-old from the Championship and League One.
Longelo, who made his first senior appearance early last season by coming off the bench in a Carabao Cup win over Hull, has the option of either a loan exit until the end of the season or a permanent move to the division below.
Forest, who have surged into the race for the Championship play-offs under Steve Cooper, have held talks over a deal this month.
Cooper, the former Swansea manager who won the Under-17 World Cup during his time as a coach with England, has a superb track record with younger players.
While a permanent exit is an option for Longelo this month, the academy graduate will give careful consideration over whether the move would be the right fit compared to carrying on with the Hammers.
