Nottingham Forest have joined the ever-growing race to sign Villarreal winger Arnaut Danjuma in the January transfer window.
The Dutch international has attracted interest from numerous Premier League clubs in recent months, including Aston Villa, Liverpool, and West Ham, as well as Italian outfit AC Milan. Now Forest, along with Everton, have reportedly thrown their hat in the ring.
According to Sky Sports, the Reds have "expressed an interest" in signing the 25-year-old. Spanish media also claim that the player reportedly "wants to leave" the Spanish club after new manager Quique Setien limited his game time.

Danjuma already has experience of England's top flight having played for Bournemouth in the 2019/20 campaign when they were relegated. He went on to score 15 goals for the Cherries in the Championship the following season before earning a move to Villareal last year.
He played a key role in Villareal's incredible run to the semi-finals of the Uefa Champions League last season, scoring the goal which knocked out Bayern Munich. They were eliminated by Liverpool in the last four.
