Remo Freuler and Emmanuel Dennis face uncertain futures at Nottingham Forest this summer as the club look to build for their second Premier League season.
Both players had good moments last term but they found themselves out of the side at the end of the campaign as the Reds avoided relegation with a game to spare.
Now Forest are aiming to strengthen in the transfer market, meaning the pair could move on. Speaking at Wednesday's Garibaldi Red podcast live show, former Forest striker Nigel Jemson said he felt Dennis does not fit in to the style of play under Steve Cooper.

"He doesn't fit," he said. "Dennis, on his day he's unplayable, but even then he doesn't know what he's doing. For me, the club are going to move on and he'll be surplus to requirements.
"We're going to get better players in and the club are moving forwards."
Fellow panellist, BT Sport commentator Darren Fletcher, believes Dennis has more to offer than he showed in his 19 appearances this season, only six of which were starts as he scored twice.
"All you say in his defence is he's an attacking player in a team which didn't score many goals," he said. "It's easy to play that position in a team which creates five or six good chances a game but Forest didn't.
"It was difficult for him. Brennan Johnson had that searing pace on the counter attack which Dennis doesn't, so I do have some sympathy for him. What bothered me with him is I think his talent is greater than his performance.
"I think there's so much talent in there but how you get it out of him is something many managers have found difficult to do on a consistent basis."
Freuler, 31, played 28 times after his move from Atalanta, but he was dropped for the last six games as Cooper settled on a midfield of Ryan Yates, Danilo and Orel Mangala.
Fletcher believes the Switzerland international is a good player, but like Dennis, he does not fit how Forest play.
"I don't think he fitted Forest's team last season in any way, shape or form," he said. "I thought in possession he was too slow and his distribution was too negative but they seemed obsessed with getting him in the team.
"I saw him play for Atalanta in the Champions League with better players around him and he looked a different player. He plays in a different way for Switzerland. I'm not sure the problem is Remo Freuler, but in this incarnation of Nottingham Forest, he doesn't fit.
"If you had players in there like Pereira and Palhinha at Fulham with him, no body would be complaining about Remo Freuler. He needs to be in a team with the ball where everything goes through him, then he's a very competent player."
