Head coach Steve Cooper spoke of his pride as Nottingham Forest secured Premier League survival.

The Reds confirmed safety with a game to spare as they beat Arsenal 1-0 at the City Ground. Taiwo Awoniyi’s goal proved to be the difference between the sides as he scored in a third successive game.

Almost a year on from a famous day at Wembley when the Reds ended a 23-year exile from the top-flight, Forest can look forward to another year at the highest level. And Cooper is keen for them to kick on.
