Head coach Steve Cooper makes one change to his starting line-up for Nottingham Forest’s Wembley promotion decider against Huddersfield Town.
With a place in the Premier League on the line, it is Keinan Davis who starts up front for the Reds. He replaces Sam Surridge as the only change to the XI which came through against Sheffield United in the play-offs semi-finals.
In the club’s first visit to the new Wembley Stadium, Forest will be out to end a 23-year exile from the top-flight. And they will be backed by more than 36,400 fans under the famous arch as they take on the Terriers.

Goalkeeper Brice Samba was the hero of the hour in last week’s penalty shootout at the City Ground. He will once again have the back line of captain Joe Worrall, Steve Cook and Scott McKenna ahead of him as the Reds look to keep Huddersfield at bay.
Djed Spence and Jack Colback will take up the right and left wing-back spots, with James Garner and Ryan Yates in the centre of the pitch. Philip Zinckernagel will support Brennan Johnson, who scored in both legs against the Blades, and Davis in attack.
There is a return for Max Lowe, as he makes his comeback from injury by taking his place on the bench. Making up the list of substitutes are Ethan Horvath, Tobias Figueiredo, Alex Mighten, Cafu, Joe Lolley and Surridge.
Forest: Samba; Worrall, Cook, McKenna; Spence, Yates, Garner, Colback; Zinckernagel; Johnson, Davis. Subs: Horvath, Figueiredo, Lowe, Surridge, Mighten, Cafu, Lolley.
