It's not good news for those want to head out with the family trick-or-treating on Monday night to celebrate Halloween.
It's raining across all parts of Northern Ireland on October 31, with a yellow weather warning in place until 10pm.
The Met Office said heavy rain is likely to bring some flooding and impacts to travel.

With outbreaks of rain reaching Fermanagh early on Monday, they'll extend eastwards to all parts during the day, according to the forecaster.
The Met Office added: "The rain will become persistent and heavy for a time. Mild with winds becoming lighter. Maximum temperature 15C."
And for tonight, the Met Office said: "Mainly cloudy with patchy light rain although some heavier outbreaks are possible over Down and Antrim.
"Drier weather in the west will extend to most areas by morning. Staying mild. Minimum temperature 8C."
Tuesday is set to be a drier and brighter day with sunny periods developing, along with a few light showers.
"Feeling fresher than of late with brisk south-westerly winds. Maximum temperature 12C," the forecaster said.
It's set to be wet windy on Wednesday, "then brighter with blustery showers and strong southwest winds on Thursday".
Fewer showers and winds easing on Friday but the wet and windy weather is expected to return on Friday night.
