A north London couple who fraudulently used a relative’s Blue Badge to dodge parking fees have been handed a criminal record and fined.
The Haringey-based couple were rumbled when council officials discovered the permit, which had been reported as lost, was being used in a car near the Tottenham Hotspur ground.
