A man has been injured by what is believed to have been a 'banger-type firework' in North Belfast.
Police say they received a report that a man aged in his 30s had allegedly "received a neck injury as he stood at the front door of a residential property" in the Glencairn Street area on Tuesday, April 11.
A PSNI spokesperson added: "On attendance, it was noted that the injuries sustained by the man were minor.

"It is believed that these were caused by a banger-type firework.
"Enquiries are ongoing and we would appeal to anyone who was in the area around 10.15pm last night, who may have noticed any suspicious activity or have relevant dashcam footage, to contact police on 101, quoting reference 2233 of 11/04/23."
