The Chicago Bulls lost a heartbreaker at the buzzer on Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks in overtime, 123-122, as Hawks rookie AJ Griffin hit a mid-air floater on an inbounds pass with 0.5 seconds remaining.
Despite the loss, the Bulls got to celebrate a small milestone for center Nikola Vucevic, who joined a small, elite crew of rebounders.
Vucevic grabbed his 8,000th career rebound on Sunday, becoming only the fifth active player to do so.
8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ rebounds for Vooch!
Only four players currently on NBA teams have more career boards than Vooch.
