Nicole Scherzinger has announced her engagement to partner Thom Evans after three years together.
The Scots rugby star got down on one knee during a recent beach trip as the former Pussycat Dolls singer shared the happy news with fans on social media. Nicole captioned the moment: "I said yes", followed by a ring emoji and a black heart.
Thom, 37, shared the snap adding: "My Ever After," with a ring emoji and a red heart. The couple has been together since meeting on the celebrity version of The X Factor when Nicole, 44, was a judge and Thom, 37, tried his hand at singing on the ITV reality show.
The couple looked lovingly at each other in the snaps as fans flooded the comments with well wishes. Fans rushed to the comments to congratulate the former X-Factor judge as one said: "Onggggggg awwww love you guys, so happy for you!!!!!".
Love Island and Celebrity X Factor star Samira Mighty wrote: "Awwww congratulations! Xx," while Made In Chelsea star Proudlock penned: "Ohh guys.. I’m soooo happy for you both!!Such wonderful news Xxxxxx"
Former rugby star James Haskell added: "Congrats mate!! That’s amazing news. Love to you both", as Julien Macdonald chimed in: "Congratulations xx Finally, I knew this would happen , so happy for the both of you xx"
This happy news comes after rumours of a split emerged between the couple earlier this year. It was reported in The Sun that Thom was 'distraught' after he and Nicole called quits on their relationship, but both denied these rumours.
At the time, Thom dispelled any claims of a split, writing on Instagram: "wow this is news to us. What a joke."
