Nicola Sturgeon has led tributes to the Scots from all walks of life who have been recognised in the Queen's Birthday Honours.
The First Minister offered her congratulations to "the people of Scotland who have made a difference to their communities".
Among those to receive honours as part of the Platinum Jubilee celebrations are crime novelist Ian Rankin - who receives a knighthood - and Olympic curling hero Eve Muirhead, who is made an OBE.
