Nicola McLean has opened up about the graphic images and messages she regularly receives from her social media followers.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant claims her followers often send hundreds of "d**k pics" to the star, leaving her aghast.
However, she also receives messages from female fans who have exposed their genitalia to her in rather unfiltered messages while asking for advice on cosmetic surgery.
Nicola, 41, has never shied away when it comes to exposing the messages she receives and frequently shares glimpses of them on social media.
But speaking about the content, she explained that she'd been left sickened in the past after opening up the likes of Twitter and Instagram.
The star who also featured on I'm A Celebrity told the Daily Star: "I literally get the most graphic s**t sent to me and you don't even know what it is so you open it then you've got massive d**k in your face and you're like 'Oh my god, this is vile'.
"Oh my God, a woman the other day was messaging me about surgery, so obviously I answered her questions because I'm nice.
"Then all of a sudden she started sending me full-on naked pics and was like 'What else do I need?' and I was like 'Oh my God, I'm not a plastic surgeon and I don't want to see your vagina'."
Nicola later explained that the woman in question "wasn't opening her legs" and only the external parts of her anatomy were on display but she later blocked the follower.
The former Page 3 model recently lashed out at social media trolls who criticised her for posing with her Double G breasts on display in an Instagram snap.
Taking to the photo-sharing site, Nicola posed in a restaurant on a swing wearing a plunging top leaving very little to the imagination as she shared her thoughts on the trolls.
In view of her 259k followers, the star panned: "These pictures provoked a 'HUGE' reaction and I just wanted to say I find it really sad that it was mainly women leaving such awful comments!
"'100%plastic,' Paula wrote - did I ever try to claim my 'cartoon chest' was real? 'Why don't you post pictures with no make-up like real lasses?' another lady wrote… So swipe to see me just as comfortable looking like death I hope it makes you feel better. To all my lovely followers I see you #bekind."
