Nick Knowles left one mother in tears during the latest episode of his Channel 5 show Big House Clearout.
The popular series sees Nick and his team tackle one home at a time and promise a complete makeover if the individuals agree to ditch a lot of their unwanted clutter.
The latest episode saw Nick transform the property belonging to Nikki and her husband Chris after their lack of space kept their son away, and also meant Nikki couldn't run her business properly.
Nick, 59, was gobsmacked when he realised that Nikki does Reiki as her job and asked her: "How do you work in this?
"A lot of it is about clearing your mind, isn't it? How can you do that when you're in a place that's full of clutter?"
Among some of Nikki and Chris' clutter was 945 soft toys, 107 family photos and 144 crystals, and they also admitted to giving a lot away to a local hospice and selling at car boot sales too.
As Nick and his team helped the couple get to work on sorting through their belongings, they successfully managed to completely empty their home and transferred 195 boxes of their worldly possessions to the Albert Halls in Bolton.
Next up, it was time for Nick and his experts to do up their home - and the results left Nikki feeling very emotional.
Upon seeing their new rooms, she said: ''It looks like a magazine - how other people live!"
She also burst into tears when Nick revealed that they had saved a photo of her grandmother when she was 18, and framed it in the bedroom.
"It's been done up but we found a little picture of my nan in the warehouse when she was 18. That's beautiful thank you," Nikki said.
Nick then asked her: "Means a lot to you though, your nan, doesn't she?" to which she replied: "Yeah, I was always really close to my nan growing up. It's just unbelievable."
After the transformation Nick also revealed their home could now be worth as much as a staggering £250,000 - £40,000 more than the initial value price.
